Conveniently located in the heart of North Dakota, our RV campground offers the perfect base for outdoor adventures. Just a short drive from Theodore Roosevelt National Park, Lake Sakakawea, and Lake Tschida, you'll have endless opportunities for hiking, hunting, fishing, ice fishing, and water activities. Walking distance to fuel and diesel, grocery store, an auto parts store, parks, and churches, making it a fantastic spot for both relaxation and exploration. Enjoy nearby archery ranges, golfing, and the stunning Enchanted Highway. Experience spectacular Northern Lights viewing and immerse yourself in the abundance of local wildlife. Conveniently positioned between Bismarck and Dickinson, our campground is an ideal spot to explore the beauty of central North Dakota.

YES! All RV spaces at GUMHP RV PARK have 50 AMP Electric Service. 


YES! All RV Spaces at GUMHP RV PARK have City Water and City Sewer connections. 


We can typically accommodate RV's up to about 50 feet in length in most areas of the park. 


Not all RV spaces at GUMHP RV PARK offer 30 AMP Electric, however each space currently offers 50 AMP Electric. 


Unfortunately we do not take reservations.

RULES & REGULATIONS / RELEASE OF LIABILITY

RV Park Rules:
1. No Campfires: For the safety of all guests and to comply with local regulations, campfires are strictly prohibited within the RV park premises.
2. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please respect your fellow campers by keeping noise levels to a minimum during these hours.
3. Check-Out Time: Check-out time is at 12:00 PM (noon). Please vacate your RV site by this time to allow for cleaning and preparation for incoming guests.
4. Speed Limit: The speed limit within the RV park is 5mph. Please adhere to this limit at all times for the safety of pedestrians and other vehicles.
5. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome in the RV park but must be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pets and dispose of waste in designated receptacles. Pets must be kept inside at night.
6. Trash Disposal: Dispose of all trash and recyclables in designated bins located throughout the RV park. Help keep our environment clean and beautiful.
7. Site Occupancy: Each RV site is designated for a maximum number of occupants. Please adhere to these occupancy limits and refrain from overcrowding.
8. Vehicles:  All vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas. NO EV charging is permitted. Please do not block roads, pathways, or neighboring RV sites with vehicles or equipment.
9. Alcohol and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol is permitted within the RV park, but please do so responsibly and in accordance with local laws. The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
10. Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and refrain from smoking in non-designated areas.
11. Firearms and Weapons: Firearms and weapons are not permitted within the RV park.
12. Visitor Policy: All visitors are subject to the same rules and regulations as registered guests.
13. Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits. In case of emergency, dial 911.
14. Compliance: Guests are expected to comply with all RV park rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in eviction from the premises.

15. Payment: Guests or Visitors who do not pay the RV Lodging Fee within 30 minutes of arrival will be towed at their expense. Non-payment will result in a $50 late fee per day. Towing will be billed at the vehicle owners expense. 

16. UTILITIES: Tenants are fully responsible for any damage to park utilities and utility boxes, including electrical, water, and sewer connections caused by their camper or due to negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, damage resulting in the need for replacement or repair of electrical plugs, breakers, water lines, sewer hookups, or any related components.
Tenants must use properly functioning heat tape on water lines during winter or freezing periods. Failure to do so, resulting in frozen lines or related damage, will be the tenant’s financial responsibility. Tenants are also responsible for broken faucets, connections, and any other utility-related damages caused by improper use, negligence, or failure to follow park guidelines. Excessive use of utilities is not permitted.
Liability Waiver Clause:
By entering the premises of GUMHP (hereinafter referred to as "the Park"), visitors agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Assumption of Risk: Visitors understand and acknowledge that the use of the facilities and amenities provided by the Park carries inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death. Visitors voluntarily assume all risks associated with their use of the Park's facilities and amenities.
2. Release of Liability: Visitors hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless GUMHP, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur as a result of their use of the Park's facilities and amenities.
3. No Responsibility for Damages: GUMHP shall not be liable or responsible for any damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death, arising from or related to the use of the Park's facilities and amenities, whether caused by the negligence of the Park, its owners, employees, agents, or representatives or otherwise.
4. Indemnification: Visitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless GUMHP, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from or related to their use of the Park's facilities and amenities.
5. Acknowledgment of Understanding: Visitors acknowledge that they have read and understand this Liability Waiver Clause and voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
By entering the premises of the Park, visitors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Liability Waiver Clause. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in eviction from the premises.
